We want you to be 100 % satisfied with any purchase order placed with us. If you find the item to be damaged or not the one ordered, please contact us within fifteen days stating the reason for return.
If you are not satisfied with the purchase of Expert CBD products, you can request for a refund within 15 days of your order. You can submit refund requests via email.
Please note that if items are returned you should ask for proof of postage from your post office as we reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is lost whilst being returned.
The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount within 1-3 working days.
